Delete your Meta data

You can delete a saved Meta authorization and the data tied to it from inside the app:

1. Sign in as a workspace owner or administrator and open Accounts.
2. Select Connect Channel.
3. Under saved Meta authorizations, choose Disconnect & delete data and confirm.

You can also remove this app from your Facebook/Meta integrations settings. Meta will send the service a signed deauthorization request, and the associated OAuth tokens, Facebook/Instagram channel records, and related publishing/metrics records will be deleted automatically.

If you cannot sign in, email suriya@dsignxt.com from the address associated with your workspace. Include your workspace name and the names of the affected Pages—never send a password or access token. We may verify your authority before deletion.

Meta data-deletion requests are processed by https://socialsuite.dsignxt.com/api/meta/data-deletion. A successful request returns a confirmation code and status link.
