2. User Accounts & Security
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Connected Social Accounts & Platform Compliance
When connecting social media profiles and channels to DSIGNXT Social Hub, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized owner or have explicit administrative permission from the brand owner to publish content.
You agree to adhere to all terms, policies, and community guidelines enforced by the third-party platforms you connect with:
- YouTube: By connecting YouTube channels, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service.
- Meta: You agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards.
- X (Twitter): You agree to comply with the X Developer Agreement and Policy and X Rules.
- LinkedIn: You agree to comply with the LinkedIn User Agreement.
4. Prohibited Conduct & Content
You agree not to use the Service to publish, distribute, or schedule any content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets of third parties.
- Contains viruses, malware, spam, or unauthorized automated interactions.
- Violates any applicable international, federal, or state privacy laws.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Your Content: You retain all intellectual property ownership and rights in and to the media, images, videos, captions, and posts you create and upload.
- Our Platform: DSIGNXT retains all intellectual property rights, trademarks, software code, UI designs, and proprietary features of DSIGNXT Social Hub.
6. Service Availability & Rate Limits
While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, social media publishing operations depend on external API quotas, platform updates, and network reliability. We are not liable for delayed or failed publishing caused by third-party platform API outages, quota limits, or revoked user permissions.
7. Termination & Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account or disconnect your social channels at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity or violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DSIGNXT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
