This Privacy Policy explains how DSIGNXT Social Hub ("we", "our", or "us"), provided by DSIGNXT Technologies, collects, uses, protects, and handles information when you use our multi-tenant social media operations and publishing software at https://socialsuite.dsignxt.com.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide authorized social media publishing, scheduling, asset management, and operations:
- Account Information: Name, email address, encrypted authentication credentials, and user role.
- Connected Social Channels: Account names, profile usernames, channel IDs, page identifiers, and profile pictures obtained through authorized OAuth 2.0 connections.
- OAuth Tokens: Encrypted access tokens and refresh tokens granted by social platforms to execute publishing requests on your behalf.
- Content & Media: Post captions, titles, hashtags, images, and videos uploaded to the Media Library for distribution.
- Audit & System Logs: Timestamped records of publishing activities, login events, and workflow changes.
2. How We Use Information
Your data is used strictly for the following operational purposes:
- Authenticating your access to brand workspaces.
- Publishing and scheduling authorized content to your connected social channels (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Processing, transcoding, and validating uploaded images and videos for destination platform compliance.
- Maintaining audit logs and security diagnostics for your organization.
3. Third-Party Social Platforms & API Compliance
DSIGNXT Social Hub integrates with official APIs provided by third-party platforms. Your use of these integrations is governed by the respective platform policies:
A. YouTube API Services & Google User Data
Our platform uses YouTube API Services to discover connected YouTube channels and upload videos and metadata that you explicitly choose to publish.
- By using our YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- We access only the authorized Google scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.uploadandhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly. - Access Revocation: You can revoke DSIGNXT Social Hub's access to your Google data at any time via the Google Security Settings Permissions Page, or by disconnecting the YouTube channel in Social Hub.
- We adhere strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
B. Meta (Instagram Graph API & Facebook Pages)
Used to publish single-image posts, Reels, and status updates to authorized professional accounts. Subject to the Meta Privacy Policy.
C. X (Twitter API v2)
Used to publish tweets, multi-photo attachments, and video posts. Subject to the X Privacy Policy.
D. LinkedIn (REST API)
Used to publish organic posts to authorized member and organization profiles. Subject to the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
4. Data Security & Encryption
We implement enterprise-grade technical safeguards:
- Encryption at Rest: All OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and credential vault secrets are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
- Password Security: User authentication passwords are protected using irreversible Argon2id hashing.
- Encryption in Transit: All web and API traffic is strictly enforced over HTTPS (TLS 1.3).
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You retain full control over your data at all times:
- Disconnecting Accounts: When you remove a social channel in the Social Accounts manager, all associated encrypted tokens are permanently purged from the database immediately.
- Data Deletion Requests: You may request complete erasure of your workspace, media files, and audit records at any time by contacting admin@dsignxt.com. Requests are processed within 48 business hours.
